Some bug about totems

Last patch to fix the problem with Totem & LOS works, but seems it works to ALL spells so you can cast a lava burst trought the wall.

Tremor totem works.
Cleansing totem doesn't work.
Grounding totem try to work (appear and dissappear the buff when a damage spell) but only 2 ticks of mind fly breaks it (only tested with shadow priest).
Healing totem doesn't work.

In "testing" branch. tested - work (exclude grounding, need another rework). Need test before implement in master.

Yes, only grounding is not working.
